We require a booking fee of 25% which is to be paid within 7 days of booking and is non refundable. Full payments must be made within 90 days of the event date. If there are any cancellations within the 90 day period of the booking date, the client will be liable for the full contract amount. If the appointment should go over the time stated in the contract, overtime rates will apply. The overtime rates are as follows: Chrysler 300C limousine, for all occasions $115 per 15 minutes.

The extent of overtime will be at the discretion of the driver to ensure it does not conflict with any of our other commitments.

Alcohol is not provided in our service. No coloured alcoholic drinks are permitted in our vehicles. No food is allowed in our vehicles. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol in our vehicles. The client must understand the maximum number of passengers allowed in our vehicles and therefore no exceptions will be made. Passengers who are intoxicated and/or behave in an unacceptable manner to the driver or other passengers will not be allowed to travel in the limousine.

In case of an emergency we reserve the right to substitute our vehicles. Stretched limousines are limited access vehicles and our drivers reserve the right to deny access to a venue that may put our driver or vehicles at risk. We accept no responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen in our vehicles. Clients are liable for any damages caused to the vehicles either by the client themselves or a member of the traveling party.

We reserve the right to refuse the client to place additional decorations that may cause damage to our vehicle.
